Converts Unix timestamps to readable dates and dates back to timestamps, in any IANA timezone your browser knows.
Converts Unix timestamps to readable dates and dates back to timestamps, in any IANA timezone your browser knows. It accepts seconds or milliseconds through an Auto, Seconds and Milliseconds choice whose exact rule is printed under the input, and shows results as ISO 8601, RFC 2822 and a locale string. A live epoch clock at the top gives the current time in seconds and milliseconds.

Good to know. The year 2038 problem affects systems that store seconds in a signed 32-bit integer, which overflow on 2038-01-19 03:14:07 UTC. This tool uses 64-bit floating point numbers, so later dates display correctly.
Reading as seconds. Auto counts the digits before any decimal point, ignoring the sign: 12 or more digits is read as milliseconds (from 1973-03-03), 11 or fewer as seconds. Millisecond values from before 1973-03-03 have fewer digits, so choose Milliseconds yourself for those.
