Markdown to HTML handles lists and tables; CSV to JSON keeps one type per column
The Markdown to HTML converter now uses a full CommonMark parser with GitHub extensions, so bullet lists written with hyphens, nested lists, tables, task lists and fenced code render correctly, and the preview shows them styled. CSV to JSON now decides each column's type from the whole column: a postal code column with one leading zero stays text in every row, long numeric ids are no longer rounded, and empty cells in numeric columns become null.
